What if I don't want to offer protection on certain SKUs?

You can easily exclude specific products via the Merchant Dashboard/ Manage Products settings page. The system gives you full control to enable or disable protection plans on individual items.
How does the app handle my SKU IDs?

The app automatically maps protection plans to your existing Shopee SKUs. You don't need to create new product codes or edit your catalog manually. If you update or change a SKU, the app re-maps automatically to ensure protection plans stay linked.
Do I need to manage inventory for protection plans?

No. Protection plans don't require physical stock, so there's no inventory tracking on your side. The App uses the same SKU ID for variants with and without protection, so if you are using any inventory management system linked to this SKU ID then your stock count would be updated across the board.
